All physical products sold through Marigold Butterfly are printed and fulfilled by Amazon KDP.
- Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled directly by Amazon
- Customers must follow Amazon’s refund and return policies
- Marigold Butterfly Limited does not process physical product refunds directly
Creative & Publishing Services
Due to the customized nature of our services:
- All service fees are non-refundable once work has begun
- Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed services
- Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing prior to project start
Cancellations
If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

- This applies to custom services such as publishing, editing, design, and ghostwriting
