Happy New Year!!!

To say I am excited to start a new year is an understatement. I am elated! The joy of knowing I am about to embark on a new adventure and explore a new side of me is making me hold on to the edge of my seat.

The two days in the year that I feel like a new creature ready to explore the world are my Birthday and the New Year. For me, it’s important to see these two days as an opportunity to be reborn and transformed. And who doesn’t like a transformation? 

Someone once told me, the way you end the year will set the tone for the year ahead.  As we come to the end of this year it’s all about setting my intentions and having a clear goal for the year ahead. 

I’ve drawn up a simple resolution to help guide me through the first few months of the New Year. I’ll most likely freestyle it the rest of the way as we tend to do.

There really isn’t much to say except have a HAPPY NEW YEAR and may 2023 be the beginning of the best years of your life.
